A.Yatseniuk: The Constitution of Ukraine May be Amended by Only the Will of the People

Конституція України не може бути змінена указом і волею президента. Основний закон може змінити тільки український народ. Про це заявив лідер партії «Фронт Змін» Арсеній Яценюк, коментуючи затвердження президентом концепції Конституційної асамблеї для підготовки нової редакції Основного закону.«Зміни до Конституції готуються президентом Януковичем винятково для того, щоб залишитися у владі й після 2015 року. Він прекрасно розуміє, що виграти наступні президентські вибори в нього шансів немає, якщо справи в країні так підуть і далі. Тому вигадує механізм, який допоможе йому залишитися президентом», – зазначив він.
