This former Minister of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Volodymyr Ogryzko said in a live television talk show "Freedom of Speech" on the channel ICTV 03.03.2014.
"Russia is now the biggest threat to the civilized world. Know I beat the alarm earlier. I wasn't hearded, thought I like Russophobe. But I always spoke harshly about Russia, because it is a terrorist State, State of invaders. It violated all possible and impossible international law. The Ukraine in this situation should not be left alone with the apparent aggression. Europe and America must move from declarations to take decisive action to ensure the sovereignty, integrity and security of Ukraine", - said Ogryzko.
